David R. Wilson, Sr. was convicted of commercial crab fishing before the season opened, in violation of 5 AAC 34.810(b). He appeals, contending that the trial court erred by failing to dismiss the prosecution for pre-accusation delay, by admitting hearsay evidence at trial in violation of Wilsons constitutional right to confrontation, and by imposing an excessive sentence. We affirm Wilsons conviction but remand for resentencing.
