Â§Â§ 67-6501 et seq., when that member owns property that may be economically impacted by the subsequent decision. The appellants, Blaine County and the Blaine County Board of County Commissioners, appeal a district court decision which reversed the county commissioners approval of a conditional use permit for construction of an electrical power transmission line because the court found that a conflict of interest existed between officials involved in the zoning proceedings and the subject of those proceedings. The district court concluded, on the peculiar facts of this case, that I.C. Â§ 67-6506 had been violated. We affirm except as to costs, which we award to respondents.
